This has been a top request from our early users, and we've been working hard to build a tool that gives you actionable insights into how the virtual try-on widget is performing on your store.
From Impression to Conversion: The Full Funnel View
Our new dashboard gives you a clear view of the entire customer journey with the Genlook widget. We've built a funnel that tracks every step:
- Widget Impressions: See how many times the "Virtual Try-On" button is viewed on your product pages.
- Widget Opens: Track how many shoppers click the button to start the experience.
- Photos Uploaded: Measure engagement by seeing how many users upload their photo.
- Generations Completed: See how many virtual try-on images are successfully created.
- Add to Cart: Most importantly, track how many shoppers add the product to their cart after using the virtual try-on.
This funnel helps you identify drop-off points and understand user behavior, allowing you to optimize the placement and style of the widget for maximum impact.
What's Next?
This is just the beginning for our analytics suite. Based on feedback from our first paying customer, we're already working on what's next:
- Email Collection Insights: See a list of emails collected through the widget to use in your marketing campaigns.
- Deeper Product Insights: Get analytics on a per-product basis.
- A/B Testing: We're building tools to let you test different button styles, text, and placements to see what drives the most engagement.
